Employee Anniversary Spotlight: Dulce Laderas

Happy 25 Anniversary to Dulce Laderas!

Dulce serves as receptionist for ML Cutler, and we refer to her as the "pulse" of our business. Throughout her 25 years, Dulce has been integral to the growth and success of ML Cutler. Her smile and positive attitude is first to greet employees and visitors when they walk through the door, and she is always there to brighten our days.

We took some time to get to know Dulce a little better through some reflective questions:

1. What is your favorite thing about working at ML Cutler?

D: The environment and great people I work with. 2. What is one thing that you MUST have at your desk at all times?

D: My cell phone 3. Where is your favorite spot to enjoy your lunch break?

D: I like to go outside and eat at the picnic area. 4. What advice/wisdom would you give to yourself on your first day at ML Cutler 25 years ago? 

D: You can do this! Just be yourself. 5. What do you look forward to most on your drive home from work?

D: I look forward to relaxing at home. 6. What is your favorite weekend activity?

D: Spending time with my family. 7. What do you look forward to most on your drive into work?

D: Working as a team to help our clients. 8. What has been your favorite work event / team building event?

D: I like celebrating all the birthdays! 9. What is something you are looking forward to this year?

D: Getting back to a normal life. 10. How would you describe what it is like to work at ML Cutler?

D: ML Cutler is my second family.
